This half-day intensive workshop will provide an AdTech industry overview and examine the complexities of evolving AdTech regulation and enforcement. Participants will be led through a discussion that covers the intricacies of real-time bidding, cookies and other data collection mechanisms, such as location, mobile etc. Workshop leaders will discuss practical compliance strategies for AdTech companies and those who rely on their services to reach customers, including case studies and best practices, as regulations, enforcement and litigation shifts what is allowed and expected. Delegates can also expect to discuss privacy-enhancing technologies, new identifiers, clean rooms, AI and the impact of new technology and its solutions on advertising. This workshop will allow for multiple opportunities for interactive question and answer sessions.
